Acumax Business Solutions Inc. has been providing accounting and bookkeeping services to our clients since 1996. Formed to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping services to small and mid size businesses as well as subsidiaries of non-resident companies, and specializing in a tailored approach to meet their specific customized requirements.

Acumax has helped clients not only in bookkeeping but also in analysis of the company results, presentations to banks and dealings with tax authorities.

Our team includes Chartered Professional Accountants and experienced professional bookkeepers.

Our Professionals

Chief Advisor

IVANA KARAC, CPA, CA, BBA 

With over 8 years of public accounting experience in a variety of industries and sectors, Ivana takes pleasure in overseeing the accounting and payroll functions at Acumax.  She is directly involved in the controllership and CFO advisory aspect of Acumax services, to ensure clients meet their business, financial and personal goals.

Born in Serbia and raised in Ontario, Ivana is fluent in Serbian and resides in Kitchener with her husband, son and dog. She spends her time away from work with her family and friends, reading and traveling.

Advisor / Founder

GEORG FRITSCH, CPA, CA, BA

Georg is the founder of Acumax and prides himself on meeting and exceeding client needs.  He has a great deal of experience with non-residents starting up businesses in Canada and is enthusiastic about working with them to establish their presence in Canada.

Born in Austria and raised in Ontario, he enjoys spending time with his family, working in the garden, golf and skiing. Georg has also served his community volunteering with many local organizations.

Bookkeeping Consultant

NANCY KENNEDY

Nancy is in charge of day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll needs as well as periodic reporting.  She has worked as a bookkeeper for 25+ years in both industry and in the private sector providing professional bookkeeping services and advising clients.

She is a certified trainer and has previously taught bookkeeping to individuals re-entering the workforce.  Her accomplishments include creating a manual and training program for WHIMIS and subsequently leading the training process for implementation.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at various organizations and spending time with friends and family.
